How long does it take for my Aventon bike to ship?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, transit typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Aventon bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide all necessary tools and clear video instructions to help you finish the setup in about 30 minutes.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in their original packaging.
How far can I travel on a single charge?
Range varies by model, rider weight, and terrain, but most Aventon e-bikes offer an estimated range of 25 to 60 miles per charge using pedal assist.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All new Aventon e-bikes come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship, covering the frame and electrical components.
Can I ride my Aventon e-bike in the rain?
Aventon e-bikes are built to IPX4 water-resistant standards, meaning they are resistant to splashes from any direction. While riding in light rain is fine, you should avoid heavy downpours and never submerge the bike in water.
